Quadcopter A quadcopter, or a quad, is a kind of drone that has four propellers branching off in four different directions so as to balance and over all fly better.  Movement A quad is nothing like a helicopter in flight, it slows down the front two engines slightly so that it is tipped forward. Once tipped forward it steadies the engine so that it moves forward.  it can do this with all of the engines enabling it to go in all directions. Workings A quad’s workings are the most important part of the drone. With out them, this amazing machine would only be a cool looking scrap of plastic. The mother board is connected to eight wires, two go to each motor. Next, a few more wires connect to LED lights, and two to the battery. Right now its 4:50 AM december 31, my birthday. Dad told me that it was around 3:00 PM in the afternoon because we are 14 hours ahed. the flight yesterday was 2 hours to Toronto, then we waited there for 2 hours, then took a 15 hour flight to japan. we have the smallest apartment ever, I had to sleep on the photon next to the bed ( it was actually a couch ) . Today we are going out and exploring tokyo. last night me and Dad went out to eat at a restaurant, the first 3 that we went in they said where closed evan though there people sitting and eating in it, the third was open! we got an "assorted appetizers" and I ate everything there. There was snails, something weird but good in this green sauce, there was also shrimp with burnt sea weed surrounding it, there was (my favorite, also dads) a tomato with crab on the inside, there was (my least favorite) was a slice of meat with a mushy texture ( it was horrible ),and  there was raw salmon with seaweed. I took our mini ipad and some lego's and a pinch of creativity and--- well a lot of  creativity---as I was saying, and also imovie and I made this!!!

This morning, me mom, and dad discovered that we had attracted much more beautiful birds with our new bird feeder. I immediately came to the thought of making a birdhouse to. We went down to the basement and started to make the dimensions. It took us half an hour of math and numbers before we even used anything beside a pencil. After cutting the front and back we talked about pythagoras theorem for a bit trying to get the dimensions for one part of the top. I woke up then I went down stairs finished the movie Flubber. Then I came back up and biked to eat breakfast at Au-bon-Pain. Then I biked to the Chu’s house to work on the float. I biked home, got my ripstik, and went to J.P Licks to wait for Zack. Once Zack came, me and him went back to the Chu’s house. We asked dad if we could get froyo and dad said yes. We ripsticked to Orange Leaf then went home. Zack’s dad picked him up and I went back to the Chu’s. We worked on the flote some more then me and dad went home. Dad took a shower then we went back to the Chu’s. Me, Dad, and Mike took the float to the lamb roast. Then me, Ezra, Waylon, William, Evan, and Matteus started a game of manhunt. After the first two games, Julean started playing too. After many more games the lamb came out. I had 5 helpings. O ne hot summer day in june i went out in my backyard and i felt a weird sensation that something something strange was going to happen. I went into the garden and saw a small ring and it gave me the feeling of wanting to pick it up, so i did.
