Last day in London

Old English breakfast: two fried eggs, bacon, a sausage, beans, and a black pudding.(the black pudding was made out of blood and liver)

Baba and I had a tour of The House of Parlement, where both the Houses of Lords, and the House of commons divide up the legislative powers. (We were not allowed to take pictures inside)

For dinner, we went back to the place that we had dinner two nights ago (Ma La), I ate the same thing as last time, a bowl of chicken with a special teriyaki sauce and some chopped greens.

For dessert, I ate a homemade mango pudding at Ma La.

After dinner, Baba and I walked to the London eye, however, it was completely booked, so we could not go on it.

Our last look at London before we left for Stonehenge.

  1. Didn't I see some pictures Baba took inside Parliament (check your spelling above)? Make sure you synch pictures from her phone onto your computer as well.

  2. Charlie, an old English breakfast is the kind of wonderful-tasting thing you can get away with eating when you're on vacation, and which your parents discourage you from eating when you're not. As you know, it's fatty. Fat helps the body absorb Vitamin E, but it clogs your arteries, which over time can cause heart disease. Nowadays a lot of people drink red wine with fatty foods because red wine flushes fat away and keeps arteries clear. And so, for the next time you eat an old English breakfast, may I suggest a sparking burgundy, or, just as good, a nice, dry Bordeaux? 2009 was a good year.
